Welcome to Windsor/Essex CPR & First Aid Training!

As proud partners of the Canadian Red Cross, we’re here to help you feel confident and prepared. Our courses are designed to build real-world skills while meeting national training standards, so you know you’re learning the right way.

All of our courses and community presentations are led by certified Red Cross First Aid Instructors who use up-to-date teaching methods and the latest best practices in First Aid and CPR.

We also offer group discounts and on-site workplace training. Just ask, and we’ll be happy to help!

Training Features

• Our instructors tailor every class to the participants in the room, adapting their teaching style to different learning needs and experience levels.
• We use engaging, dynamic training methods such as videos, PowerPoint presentations, live skill demonstrations, hands-on practice, and real-life scenario discussions to make learning practical and easy to understand.
• You’ll get plenty of hands-on experience using real training equipment, including CPR manikins, AED trainers, bandages and splinting supplies, auto-injector trainers, inhalers, and more! We are committed to helping you build confidence and retain your skills.

• Canada Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, approved by Human Resources and Social Development Canada
