About Us

Welcome to Windsor/Essex CPR & First Aid Training!
We, as recognized partners with the Canadian Red Cross, build confidence in your abilities and skills by providing you with the best coverage of skills training and national standards through our course sessions.
​All of our courses and community presentations are conducted by certified Red Cross First Aid Instructors using the latest teaching strategies and techniques in the First Aid and CPR field.

Group discounts and on-site workplace training are available upon request. 

All courses are 3-year Red Cross certification. 

Red Cross issues 3 year certifications to all participants who complete the course. Please note that it is NOT mandatory to renew your CPR certification                                                                       yearly. However, some health care professions may require yearly renewal.

Training Features

All teaching by our instructors is individualized based on class participants, their learning style and needs.

• Dynamic training techniques including DVD, PowerPoint presentations, skill demonstration, practice sessions, scenarios based on real-life situations, discussions, and exercises.
• Hands-on training using real materials to help with skill retention such as mannequins for practicing CPR, AED trainers, bandages and splinting materials, auto-injector trainers, inhalers, etc.
• User-friendly colour manual developed for participants using feedback from past participants and instructors: photos, illustrations, charts, and lists.

Program Recognition

All our courses meet or exceed both Federal and Provincial standards:

• Canada Occupational Safety and Health Regulations approved by Human Resources and Social Development Canada

• Provincial requirements for workplace training (exceeds St. John's Ambulance standards because we include CPR and AED in all training)

• Provincial worker and safety insurance boards' approval
